I'm looking for a website where I can book last-minute packages from Calgary, AB to Las Vegas that include flight and hotel rooms. What are the best sites to check other than selloffvegas.com and redtag.ca?
Thanks for your help!
My husband and I are planning on going to Las Vegas June 2009 and I am not sure if we should book our room in advance either through the hotel or as a packaged deal or if we should go there and try to get a super good deal at the casino or try to get money off our bill w comps. I do have another open question on here about best deals in Vegas and someone said that they went to Vegas and all the hotels were offering HUGE deals and discounts to stay there. Now I am confused, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what I should do? I dont want to get there and have to pay 3 times the going rate for a room but yet I dont want to book in advance and lose out on a great deal either. Please help! Thanks....btw we are staying on June 14th Sunday to June 17th Wednesday so not through a weekend.
I want to thank everyone for all their time and help with my question, we decided on staying at The Mandalay Bay Hotel, I've heard it is really nice and through Expedia.com its only going to cost $607.93 including flight for 2 people so I thinks that probably one of the best deals we can find. Again thank you guys!
I know it is silly, but I wanted to see this show the first time we went to Vegas and we never did. We have now been there 4 times together and still have never seen it so I kind of want to see it next week when we go.
Here are my questions
Are there any discounts currently going on for American Superstars at the half price ticket booths or in the magazines?
Is it worth it to buy the package with dinner, drink passes, and tower passes instead of using a buy 1 get one free discount?
Is the show worth seeing and who are the impersonators right now?
Thanks for any info!
I'll be travelling to Las Vegas and want to get a package deal.
I am taking my daughter to las vegas for her 21st birthday and because I have only been there once I do not get any promotions from hotels. where can I find or sign up for any discounts on air hotel or packages.
I want to plan a vacation for my wife and I to Disneyland on January 1-3. I've done a lot of research on hotels and Disneyland 3-day hopper passes but am shocked to find that there are no real deals out there. I've done tons of searches online for packages but on virtually every single website I go to their "discount" prices are identical, if not HIGHER than what I can get just booking on the hotel website and disneyland.com. I even contacted themagicforless.com, which is a supposed travel agent specializing in Disney packages and they were $300 MORE than just me spending 15 minutes doing it myself. It's really frustrating.
Anyway, we will be driving in from Las Vegas so we are not California residents, aren't in the military, don't belong to AAA, etc. I did look on eBay but all the passes there are really hokey where you have to rent the tickets and jump through a bunch of weird hoops which we don't feel safe with plus it's an extra hassle. We just want to find a place who can actually get us a deal on a 3 day hopper with hotel within walking distance of the park, first choice being the Camelot Inn across the street. Booking it on our own right through the Disney site and hotel site, the rates are $184 per ticket for Disney and $250 (including fees and taxes) for the two nights at the hotel so please respond if you know of a website or travel agent that can really beat that. Thanks!
I am a first time homebuyer. Is this a good deal?
Selling Price: $232,000 House on Lennar - Las Vegas, NV
Benefits:
Seller will pay 3% Down Payment: roughly $7000
Seller will pay Closing Costs up to $10000
Seller will also pay 2-1 Buydown (1st year: 2% less, 2nd year: 1% less, 3rd year-30th year: fixed): roughly 5700
Seller will also pay 2points Buydown: $4600
There was also a $1000 Lot Premium discount (from $1500 to $500)
Closing: Oct 20ish 2008.
The loan will be in thru a 30 year FHA Fixed Loan.
I signed the Purchase Agreement Contract, opened the escrow with $1500 deposit, signed the Initial Loan Application.
The house and loan is thru the same company. Lennar & UAMC.
The realtor showed me a 5.7% good faith estimate rate before I signed the Purchased Agreement, but when I got the Loan Application package, good faith estimate rate was 6.750.
I am afraid that my rate would go higher when I close.
Can I still get another loan from another company on time of closing
Not long ago I posted that my wife and I are taking my niece and her friend to Las Vegas for her 21st birthday May 16 though 20. Prices are all over the place. If I book direct with PH it looks like $200 a night. If I go through hotels.com it looks like $139 a night. I do not have any promo codes. Booking the air and hotel with Allegiant is $575 per person for five nights Sunday through Thursday - air and hotel included. We will be going Allegiant - no other airline. It is direct from an airport 10 miles from us and we have always had a good experiences with them. Anything esle runs us through a major hub. I know PH is pricey and stingy with discounts but we think our niece will like that hotel the best. My wife and I are former frequent Flamingo users. We decided our last stay there would be just that...our last stay there. It has gone downhill. Rooms are worn out. Service has slipped.
